During the mid 90s whilst actively engaged in running, team-sports and kung-fu, serendipity led Jasmin to her first Yoga teacher. Receiving ancient teachings from a wise 70 year old Yogi left a deep imprint on Jasmin. Immediately she became hooked to the energy, focus and calmness Yoga provided.

Jasmin travelled to the Himalayas where she undertook the traditional eight branches of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Along her journey she has been inspired and influenced by wonderful teachings from Swami Satyaprakash, Georgina Evans, Swami Govindanada and Antoinette Healy. Jasmin's teachings attracts students of varying levels of ability from mums, teenagers, older people, to sports enthusiasts, runners, cyclists or those experiencing physical or emotional distress/ injury. Jasmin brings awareness and gentle discipline into her classes. She encourages students to let go (of tensions, expectations and judgements) and to practice (on and off the Yoga mat) with grace, stability, warmth and humour. Jasmin runs regular Yoga workshops throughout Nottinghamshire and the UK. As a Psychologist and student of Zen she integrates mindful awareness and integration of the breath, mind and body.

Rebecca Ffrench
Teaching Methodology Tutor

Rebecca discovered yoga 15 years ago when it was thrust upon her as part of her dance training. Initially wowed by the physical power it gave her, she continued to bend, pull and stretch; thinking only of the transformation she could see with her eyes. A few years later - and quite by surprise - she paused and noticed how her whole life had been touched by the yoga teachings. 'How very sneaky but utterly wonderful!' she thought.

Rebecca went on to teach people from all backgrounds, from Cirque du Soleil acrobats to to people with physical disabilities. In class she uses humor, discipline and the joy of self discovery to nurture the same suprising journey in her students. Rebecca has travelled extensively and enjoyed the teachings of numerous distinguished teachers along the way, including Swami Satyaprakash, David Swenson, David Williams, John Scott, Matthew Sweeney, Seane Corn, Baron Baptiste, and Marisol Kucharek. Rebecca gives humble thanks to It's Yoga founder, Larry Schultz, for his guidance and training.
